Why was my order cancelled and refunded?Updated 2 days ago

We’re sorry your order didn’t go through — we know how frustrating that can be. While cancellations are rare, here are a few reasons why your order may have been canceled and refunded:

  • Out of Stock: The item you ordered sold out before it could be processed.
  • Shipping or Billing Outside the U.S.: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Unable to Verify Information: If we’re unable to confirm your billing or shipping information, we may need to cancel the order.
  • Payment Security Flagged: For your protection, our system may cancel orders flagged for potential fraud.

If your order is canceled, all charges will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days to appear.
