WHERE CAN I DROP OFF MY PACKAGE FOR RETURN?Updated a year ago

Once you request a return, at the end of the return process you will obtain a return label to download.  

The label will be automatically displayed both the address the parcel must be shipped to and the courier that has been assigned to your return.

Please bear in mind you can only return products selected during the return process on our return platform.
