Where can I drop off my package for return?Updated 6 days ago

Once you complete your return request through our Returns Portal, you’ll receive a downloadable shipping label. This label will include:

• The return shipping address
• The assigned carrier (UPS) for your return

Where to Drop Off Your Package:

You can drop off your return at any UPS location or UPS drop box.

Receiving your Refund:

As soon as your return is dropped off at a UPS location and scanned, the refund process begins. In most cases, this happens within 24 hours of drop-off. Learn more, here.

Quick Reminder:

• Items must be retuned within 60 days of purchase.
• Products must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.
• To qualify for a return and refund, products must be purchased from www.driduck.com
• All refunds are processed as soon your package as been scanned via UPS and marked 'in-transit'.
