And because we believe you should never settle for gear that underperforms, every product purchased directly from driduck.com is backed by our Stiff-Free Guarantee and a 1-year warranty. If your gear has a defect or fails during normal, intended use within that first year, we’ll work with you to make it right.
What our Warranty Covers
Your purchase from driduck.com includes a 1-year warranty from the original purchase date.
Within that 1-year period, we will cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Failures in materials or workmanship
- Unexpected product failures during normal, intended use
If approved, we’ll provide one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement Item
- A store credit or alternative solution, depending on availability and circumstance
Our goal is simple: keep you working comfortably and confidently.
What Our Warranty Doesn’t Cover
While we stand behind our craftsmanship, the warranty does NOT apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Damage due to improper washing, drying, or alterations
- Issues related to third-party mishandling (shipping carriers, cleaners, etc.)
- Decorated items
- Products purchased outside of driduck.com
