I want to return a gift. How do I do that?Updated 10 days ago
We’re happy to help with gift returns! If you received an item as a gift that was purchased on driduck.com, you can return it for a DRI DUCK e-gift card through our Returns Portal.
Option 1: You Have the Original Order Information
If you have the original order number and shipping ZIP code, you can complete your gift return right away.
What you’ll need:
- Original order number
- Shipping ZIP code
How to return your gift:
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Click “Return a gift” at the bottom of the page
- Enter the order number and shipping ZIP code
- Click Get Started
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return
- Submit your return to receive your label and instructions
Option 2: You Don’t Have the Original Order Information
No problem, we can still help.
How it works:
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Click “Return a gift”
- Select “Don’t have your order information?”
- Complete the form with the requested details, including:
- Gift giver’s name
- Item being returned
- Your email address and shipping address
- Exchange preference (if applicable)
Once submitted:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- Our team will review the request and locate the original order
- We’ll follow up with next steps, either by:
- Providing the order details so you can complete the return in the portal, or
- Submitting the return on your behalf and emailing you a link to your return status page
No action is needed from you until you hear from us.
When Will I Receive My Gift Card?
Once your return is dropped off and scanned by UPS, your DRI DUCK e-gift card will be emailed to the address you provided during the return setup. This typically happens once tracking shows the return is in transit.
Important Notes
- Gift returns are eligible only for items purchased directly from driduck.com
- Items purchased from other retailers must be returned through the original retailer
- Gift returns are issued as store credit only
