We’re happy to help with gift returns! If you received an item as a gift and it was purchased on driduck.com, you can return it for a DRI DUCK e-gift card through our easy-to-use Returns Portal.

To start your return, you’ll need:

• The order number
• The shipping ZIP code

Don’t have this info? No worries — just select “Don’t have this information” in the Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

What Happens Next:

Once your return is dropped off and scanned by UPS, Loop will process your return and send an e-gift card to the email address you provide during the return setup. This usually happens once tracking shows your item is in transit.

*Gift returns are eligible only for items purchased directly from driduck.com. If your gift was purchased from another retailer, please return it through their process.
