I returned my order, how long does the refund take?Updated 3 days ago

Thanks for sending your item back. Here's what to expect next:

As soon as your return is dropped off at a UPS location and scanned, the refund process begins. In most cases, this happens within 24 hours of drop-off.

If you selected a refund back to your original form of payment:

• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
• An $8.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you selected store credit:

• A DRI DUCK e-gift card will be issued as soon as your return is scanned and in transit.
• Your e-gift card will be emailed to the address used on your original order.
• No return shipping fee will be deducted when you choose store credit.

• Items must be retuned within 60 days of purchase.
• Products must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.
• To qualify for a return and refund, products must be purchased from www.driduck.com
• All refunds are processed as soon your package as been scanned via UPS and marked 'in-transit'.
