Please reach out to us through our Contact Form or by email, and include the following details:
- Order number
- Product name and size you received
- Confirm your shipping address for the replacement
What happens next?
- If the correct item is in stock, we’ll send it out right away.
- We’ll also send you a free prepaid return label to send back the incorrect item.
- If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll contact you to offer the best alternative (or a refund if preferred).
