How to Get Help with a Zipper Issue

If you are experiencing a zipper problem, please email us using the same email address you used when placing your order. Include the following information so we can assist you quickly:

Order number
Product name, color and size
Clear photos showing the zipper issue

Once we receive these details, our team will review the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

How to Replace a Zipper Slider

In some cases, the issue can be resolved with a simple slider replacement. Here is how to do it:

Locate the metal zipper stopper at the top of the zipper track
Use small pliers to carefully unbend and remove the metal stopper, then set it aside
Slide the old zipper slider off and thread the new one onto the track, making sure it is facing the correct direction
Reattach the metal stopper by bending it back into place with pliers

If you are not comfortable making this repair yourself, many local tailors can assist with replacing the zipper slider.
