Kindly contact us regarding your issue and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Some issues can be easily solved with a new slider, or you may want a new zipper installed by your local tailor (example missing teeth). How do I replace by zipper slider?<ol><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 18px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Locate the zipper stopper/metal clip at the top of the zipper on the side that hold the slider.</li><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 18px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Use a pair of small pliers to carefully unbend and remove the metal clip on the top of the zipper and set aside.</li><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 18px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Slide the old slider up and off the zipper, and thread the new slider on, making sure it&#x2019;s right side up.</li><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 18px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Reattach the top stopper/metal clip. </li></ol>
