After placing your order on driduck.com, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This email includes your order number and a summary of the items you purchased. The subject line will look something like: “Your Order ###### is Confirmed!”

Here are a few things you can try:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — sometimes emails get filtered by mistake.
- Search for "DRI DUCK" in your email inbox to help locate it.
Still nothing after 24 hours?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email after a full day, it’s possible there was a typo in your email address at checkout. Please contact our team.
