I cannot complete by order, what should I do?Updated 18 hours ago

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble checking out. Here are a few things you can try based on the issue you’re seeing:

“Your payment details couldn’t be verified”- Double-check that all information is correct, including:

  • Credit card number
  • Name on the card
  • Billing address and ZIP code
  • Expiration date and security code

If your card was declined- This may mean your bank did not approve the transaction. Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank security blocks
  • Card not authorized for online or international purchases

We recommend contacting your bank directly to verify.


“Your card does not support this type of purchase”:

  • Make sure your card doesn’t have cross-border or online restrictions
  • Some debit cards may require a PIN entry, which isn’t supported at online checkout

If the website is freezing or unresponsive:

  • Try closing all browser tabs and reopening the site
  • Clear your browser’s cookies and cache
  • Try a different device or browser
