I am returning an item purchased with a e-gift card. How will I received my refund?Updated 2 hours ago

If you return an item purchased using a DRI DUCK e-gift card, your refund will be issued back to a new e-gift card. This new gift card will be sent to the email address used during the original return process.

Here’s what to expect:

• Once your return is in transit, your refund will be processed.

• You’ll receive an email with your new e-gift card code — ready to use for your next DRI DUCK purchase
  

E-gift card refunds are not subject to return shipping fees.

If your order was paid with a combination of gift card and credit card, the refund will be split accordingly.
