I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?Updated 7 days ago

We’re sorry to hear that an item may be missing from your order — we know how frustrating that can be, and we’re here to help!

Before contacting our team, we kindly recommend double-checking the following:

  • Review your order confirmation: Confirm the missing item was included in your original order by checking your confirmation email or by logging into your account at driduck.com.
  • Check for multiple shipments: If you placed more than one order, each will have a unique order number and may ship separately. Be sure the missing item isn’t arriving in a different package.

What we'll do:

If the item is confirmed missing and currently in stock, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution- whether that's a refund or an alternative solution.
