How should I prepare my package for return?Updated 6 days ago

We want to ensure your return is processed smoothly and without delays. Please follow these guidelines when preparing your package.

Return Eligibility

To be accepted for return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Items must not be altered, decorated, or customized in any way

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to you. DRI DUCK reserves the right to deny future returns if these guidelines are not followed.

Packaging Instructions

• Use the original packaging (poly bag or box) if it is still intact
• If original packaging is unavailable, please use a suitable alternative that protects the product during transit
• Include the original packing slip if available
