We’re sorry your DRI DUCK gear didn’t work out, and we’re happy to help you with a return!

To get started, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions to request your return. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid UPS return label to print and attach to your package.

Next Steps:

• Pack your items securely, include any original tags or packaging if possible.
• Drop your return off at any UPS Store or authorized UPS Drop-Off location near you.

Quick Reminder:

• Items must be retuned within 60 days of purchase.
• Products must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.
• To qualify for a return and refund, products must be purchased from www.driduck.com
• All refunds are processed as soon your package as been scanned via UPS and marked 'in-transit'.
