How can I exchange an item?Updated 7 days ago

We want you to love your DRI DUCK gear as much as we do! While we don’t currently offer direct exchanges, we do provide an easy return option with store credit so you can quickly place a new order for the item you want.

Here's how it works:

• Visit our Returns Portal and select store credit as your refund method.
• Store credit returns are free of charge — we’ll waive the $8.50 return shipping fee.
• Once your return is in transit, you’ll receive a DRI DUCK e-gift card by email to use on your next purchase.

Please note: If you chose to purchase through the Shop app, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Store credit is not available in these cases.

Quick Reminder:

• Items must be retuned within 60 days of purchase.
• Products must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.
• To qualify for a return and refund, products must be purchased from www.driduck.com
• All refunds are processed as soon your package as been scanned via UPS and marked 'in-transit'.
