How can I exchange an item?Updated a month ago

We want you to love your DRI DUCK gear as much as we do! That's why we now offer one free exchange per order.

How It Works

Visit our Returns Portal and select Exchange as your return option.
Choose your preferred size and/or color (subject to availability).
Complete your exchange request, print your prepaid return label, and drop off your package at a UPS location.
Once UPS scans your return and it is marked in transit, we'll begin processing your exchange.
Your replacement order will ship via USPS Ground Advantage, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it's on the way.

Important Return Policy for Exchanges

If you choose to return an item received through an exchange, it will be eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for exchanged orders.

Shop App Purchases

Orders placed using the Shop App are only eligible for refunds to the original payment method. Store credit and exchanges is not available as a refund option for these purchases.

Quick Reminder:

Items must be retuned within 60 days of purchase.
Products must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.
To qualify for a return and refund, products must be purchased from www.driduck.com
All refunds are processed as soon your package as been scanned via UPS and marked 'in-transit'.
