What happens next?

Once we receive your request, our team will check if the order has already entered processing or shipping:

• If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment:
  We’ll gladly update the address for you and confirm once it’s done.
• If your order is already being processed or shipped:
  Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the address at this stage. Once you receive your tracking number, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request a delivery address update or intercept.
