Can I modify or cancel my order?Updated a day ago

Thanks for shopping at DRI DUCK — we’re excited for you to get your gear!

Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we’re typically only able to make updates if we hear from you within 20 minutes of placing the order. After that, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to make changes, but we’re always happy to check.

If your order hasn’t started processing, we’ll do our best to help make the requested update or cancellation.

If your order has already been processed: 

  • For product changes or cancellations: You’ll need to wait until the order arrives and start a return. You can begin your return process here.
  • For shipping address changes: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. At that point, you may be able to contact the carrier directly to reroute or update the delivery.
